Through his daily interactions with patients, he has developed a practical understanding of the healthcare challenges people face in their everyday lives, including barriers to accessing quality healthcare at the grassroots level. These first-hand experiences inform his perspective on patient needs and the importance of accessible, responsible, and patient-centred healthcare solutions.

Combining clinical experience with a broader vision for healthcare and wellness, Dr. Gupta is committed to developing initiatives that address real-world needs and contribute to better health outcomes.

Pharmaceutical & Nutraceutical Formulation Expert

Mr. Neeraj Bhatnagar brings over 40 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, including 16 years specialising in nutraceutical formulations. His extensive, hands-on knowledge of the ingredients used in nutraceutical products enables him to understand their individual properties, formulation compatibility, and potential contributions to a product’s intended purpose.

With a meticulous approach to ingredient selection and formulation development, he focuses on bringing together the right ingredients in carefully considered combinations to develop effective, purpose-driven formulations. His industry experience and technical understanding contribute to Surewell Nutra’s commitment to product quality and thoughtful formulation.

Civil Engineer | Chartered Engineer | Researcher | Healthcare Entrepreneur

Dr. Alok Gupta is a distinguished civil engineer, and contractor with extensive experience in managing complex construction projects across India. Combining technical expertise with an LL.B. background and an MBA in Finance, he brings an interdisciplinary perspective spanning engineering, legal consultancy, and financial management.

A committed researcher in waste management and environmental sustainability, contributing to knowledge and innovation in a field closely connected to environmental health and public well-being.

His diverse professional experience brings together analytical thinking, research, operational understanding, and business leadership.

Economics Researcher | Public Health Economics | Product Design

Miss Shreya Bhatnagar is pursuing a Ph.D. in Economics, with her research focusing on public health expenditure. With an academic background in Economics and Statistics, she brings analytical thinking, quantitative research skills, and an evidence-based perspective to the organisation. Alongside her academic pursuits, she contributes to Surewell Nutra’s product label design and visual presentation, translating ideas into practical applications while bridging research, creativity, and business development.

Whole-Time Director, AYUSHRAJ Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Nimit Agarwal serves as Whole-Time Director of AYUSHRAJ Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., Jaipur, the manufacturing partner of Surewell Nutra. AYUSHRAJ is part of an initiative to strengthen Rajasthan’s AYUSH sector through the development of a comprehensive Common Facility Centre (CFC), designed to support the growth and advancement of traditional medicine manufacturing.

His association with AYUSHRAJ brings manufacturing and industry expertise to Surewell Nutra, supporting our focus on responsible product development, quality-conscious manufacturing, and the integration of traditional knowledge with contemporary production practices.

Dr. Pradeep Bhatnagar is an accomplished academician who served as Head of the Department of Zoology at the University of Rajasthan and as Dean of Life Sciences at IIS University. With extensive experience in academia and life sciences, he brings scientific insight, research expertise, and an interdisciplinary perspective to Surewell Nutra.

His contributions include supporting clinical trial activities and providing scientific guidance across various aspects of research and product development.
